Terms and Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to cancel sales if the item has already sold in store, or if the cost of postage is greater than the cost of your order (although if you are willing to pay postage that is higher than the cost of your item, please contact us and we will be happy to oblige). Postage overseas is charged per item based on the weight of one LP - if you feel that this is too high for what you have ordered (e.g. if you have only ordered one 7" record) please contact us to arrange something different. Your order will be dispatched within 5 days of being placed.

Refunds and returns - you must return your order via tracked shipping within 5 days of receiving your order to 137a Arundel Street, Sheffield, S1 2NU, UK and send tracking details to [email protected] The order should be in the condition in which it was sent, and we may refuse to refund if it has been damaged to the point where it can not be sold again. We will organise remuneration over the email address provided above within 5 days of us receiving your returned item. You are responsible for covering postage costs. We are unable to provide substitute goods/exchanges.

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, under EU regulations.
